Abu Dhabi City Municipality plans to complete the rehabilitation of 25 playgrounds in the gardens during the first quarter of next year as part of the AED 10 million rehabilitation of natural beauty assets within Abu Dhabi Island. .

Majid Al-Kathiri, Director of Al Madina City Center, said that the areas of the games that will be rehabilitated are distributed among residential districts in Abu Dhabi and cover Al-Manhal, Al-Mashraf, Al-Azab, Al-Batin, Al-Muroor and Al-Zafarana. The rehabilitation work comes as a second stage within the comprehensive plan to rehabilitate all the gaming areas in Abu Dhabi, Abu Dhabi Corniche as a first stage.

Rehabilitation of sites

Al-Kathiri said that the rehabilitation of the game sites came after field surveys to survey all the areas of the games within Abu Dhabi Island and in the residential neighborhoods, and accordingly, measures were taken to maintain and rehabilitate them.

Designs

Al-Kathiri pointed out that the designs of the stadium floors have been prepared according to concepts and educational features in accordance with the requirements of the age and to connect the young generations with the love of knowledge. He expected that these parks and games areas will become attractive after the rehabilitation of the parks and playgrounds during the winter.

He pointed out that the Municipality has implemented a number of projects and corrective work for the maintenance and rehabilitation of parks and playgrounds in accordance with the safety and safety standards for all age groups used, and replaced the old games with others that follow the best international standards.
