The enchanted park contains a terraced area in the style of an Italian Renaissance garden
The design language of the new plant reminded many contemporaries of the Italian Renaissance. A newspaper report from the 1930s speaks of the "Greek-looking building", an advertisement of the "Franconian Venice". But there are also elements of Art Nouveau and Art Deco in the terraced area and in their construction of reinforced concrete, it is even completely modern. Stonemasons have worked the characteristic fine ornaments into the building material.
