The park houses from 1980 to 2013 the Museum of Modern Art and Contemporary Art (MAMAC) and the firm of Prints and Drawings of the City of Liège, since May 2016 the Museum La Boverie, several nautical clubs, as well as the Liège congress center and a hotel operated by the Van der Valk chain1.
