A green area in Höntrop
The park has the Waldbühne Höntrop, an animal enclosure and threatened by the closure of the indoor and outdoor pool Höntrop. Three ponds south of the swimming pool were renatured in 2015 to a stream; the measure cost 530,000 euros.
