Today, the house, which could be built by financial support of the state of North Rhine-Westphalia, a state-based study seminar on teacher education. As part of the EUROEGA 2002plus the park was redesigned again and is used in its present form gladly by the visitors for recreation. The park is a listed building and is designated protected landscape area.
