A green area within the city
In 2006, "Landschaftspark Mühlenhunte" established a green area within the city with an area of about 6 hectares, which will be developed into a natural park. This basic aspect of the design, near the Olantys River Bath and Oldenburg Castle Park, makes this park in Mühlenhunte a special feature.
The Mühlenhunte landscape park acts as a link between the castle's landscaped garden and the open and open landscapes of Hunt and Bush. In this model, there is an almost permanent green connection, between the center of Oldenburg and surrounding green structures.
The integration of the Oldenburg Green (Wege) Stern bicycle and walking path concept is also an option and will be taken into account when planning for the future.
