Since the beginning of the expansion of the park by Ingolstadt City Council in 1994, more than 300 trees and more than 3,000 shrubs have been cultivated. Most trees stand on the edges of a 12-hectare garden. In addition to remembering the military specifications - historical and historical settlements, this stunning background-like, must ensure the creation of a number of "green spaces" of different uses. For this purpose, only suitable shrubs were used, as well as fruit varieties adapted to the local climate in the central and southern part. Tree locations at selected points mark areas of residence or access.
For the games group, Haslang Park is one of the best equipped gaming rooms in Ingolstadt: three playrooms in the western part, a central playground in the east and a football and volleyball court in the north. Since the summer of 1998, a new, state-of-the-art ski facility in the north has been built on the Neuburger Straße. With regard to the watercourse along Adam-Smith-Straße, a water court was created. Different staging areas, water play equipment and mud place are just some of the contents out there.
