The cost amounted to about 480,000 euros, with 200,000 euros contributed by the EU. In 2006, around 20,000 visitors were registered, in 2007 there were about 26,000. The park is open daily from 8am to 10pm; Admission is free. On approximately 20,000 m² the different manifestations of the weather are presented and explained. Through the park runs a gravel path that connects the individual stations. Footbridges lead to the exhibits with graphic and text explanations.
