One of the best places where people can spend their leisure time in Nice. The park was set up in 1914 and was opened by Albert I, King of Belgium. The garden is dotted with palm trees and other species of trees which cast a refreshing shadow on the meandering alleys of the park.
The large central lawn is marked by the monumental Arc de Venet, which amounts to 19 meters in length and was inaugurated in 1988. Albert I Garden is also pegged out by a series of fountains and basins, of which the most spectacular refers to the Tritons' Fountain, a landmark bestowed with the title of historical monument in 1920.
