Charm and refinement in a decor of greenery and freshness, this vast contemporary park is strongly marked by the presence of a large pond and a small canal along a mall of plane trees. The youngest of the parks of Grenoble was inaugurated in 1987, realized by the landscape gardener JARRY, is on a former barracks gendarmerie Reyniès-Bayard where only the alignment of plane trees which shaded the place of arms still remains and was the point of departure of the landscape composition of the designer Daniel JARRY, who plays on the forms, the oppositions and the curves.
