The square has been functioning as a real green institution for 2 centuries
This 3-hectare park, considered as the green lung of the city, has been renovated with the aim of restoring a major ecological heritage. Enriched with new paths, the square is now open to the outside. To see: observe the oldest plane trees (1809) near the Belloch fountain. Admire a Gingko Biloba with a circumference of 3.80 m and a height of 30 m and two Washingtonia Filifera palms over 18 m high!
