The park has three truncated conical artificial hillocks, from which one discovers from the summit pretty views. Today, it is directly extended by the gardens of l'Arche. The collection garden has a surface of almost 5,000 m2 and includes more than 400 species planted.
There is a pond of two hectares for a total area of 25 hectares in the middle of the city of Nanterre. It is composed of two basins connected by a small canal, whose banks are planted with reeds, rushes, marsh plants. It is an ornithological reserve which shelters among others hens of water, coots, ducks, gray herons, or nearly thirty species. Fishing is allowed.
A climbing wall of 350 m2 is installed in 1994.
