This park, designed between May 1887 and December 1890 on the site of the old fortifications, was bequeathed by Miss Adèle Charruyer, daughter of Etienne Charruyer owner. It offers a pleasant walk of about two kilometers, its surface around 40 hectares. It has a zoological section since 1945. Walking enthusiasts can stroll in these alleys lined with rare species or along streams, drainage channels of old ditches, fed by rivers: The Lafond and Fétilly. Families of ducks fond of pieces of stale bread thrown by children, paddling there for the delight of young and old.
