The Monti Lattari Regional Park Authority is the governing body of the Lattari Mountains Regional Park, which includes the entire Sorrento-Amalfi Peninsula with its highest peaks: Sant'Angelo a Tre Pizzi and Monte Faito.
Established by presidential decree of the Regional Council of Campania. 781 On 13 November 2003, the park covers the territory of 27 municipalities on the peninsula, from remote areas to the coastal area.
The Lattari Regional Park Authority is the Park Management Body, responsible for the effective institutional protection of the heritage of values and occupations in the Lattari Mountains.

From an integrated and systematic perspective, the Park Authority promotes the establishment of a regional and local ecological network, capable of protecting and promoting the entire landscape, understood as an invaluable cultural asset; as well as improving the quality of life of communities.
Thus, defending and promoting the biodiversity of indigenous fauna and flora becomes a priority objective of the Authority, joined by the activation of policies to achieve sustainable and economically competitive regional development of the resident population.
