Located in the center, it offers benches and busts of the famous Cesena, as well as rich plants.
On the wall that borders the park in the western sector, which can recognize its side of the municipal theater, there are some figures of Commedia dell'Arte. The bronze sculptures made by the sculptor Domenico Neri gave the author to Cesena. Masks, even if they belong to the history of the theater, which was born in the sixteenth century and now disappeared, constitute an important social and cultural testimony to our country.
The 19th century structure enriches the presence of some elements of urban street furniture in the area surrounding the observation compartment. The exhibition was held as an open-air museum, created by the Foundation Neri - the Italian Museum of Cast Iron, to which eight of the 12 exposed columns belong. They express, each in a different way, the taste of the monument and the craftsmanship of the details: two properties, only in cast iron, can be combined.
