The park was founded in the 1960s in the area just behind the pre-war border in Rakovice, Warsaw, in the southern part of the newly covered city of مدينةišljoviوف in Warsaw. This area was not built, as the clay of the Oppenheim Brothers building was extracted from the fortified fortresses of the Warsaw Castle, which lies between Fortz Szczeslijovi و and Rakoviها, whose neighborhood in turn excluded housing. Undeveloped open areas used to be the place of concentration of Roma gypsum stocks [2].
After the war, it was also a place for garbage collection, especially debris. Finally, the areas were reclaimed after excavation and mud. A ski slope was created on the hill and fishing and recreation tanks were made of mud. Most of the area was wooded. Many recreational and sports facilities as well as playgrounds were organized. There are also many dining options in the garden.
