City Council Park - City Park in Krakow, in Nowa Huta in the XVIII district on the greenhouse estate. It is limited to the west by the Aleja Róż road, from the south - Aleja Przyjaźni, from the east - along Edwarda Gardy-Godlewskiego Street, and from the north - along the Edwarda Rydza-łmigału Street
with an area of 2.2 hectares [2]. The park officially received its name in 2003, but it existed very early - the decision of the Krakow City Council on 2 July 2003 was legally endorsed only from the name commonly used by nearby residents [4] [5]. The author of the garden design is Bronisław Szulewski
