The eastern slopes from the pass descend to Piekło in the Kondratowa Valley, west to Wyżnia in the Mała Łąka Valley. To the latter valley, from the slopes, a gully falls from the pass, which, when combined with the gully falling from below the Higher Kondracka Pass, creates Glazed Gully. The region of the pass is covered with mountain pine [2].
Below the Kondracka Pass in 2005 a very rare plant was found in Poland - the Silesian hawkweed. This is the only currently known position of this species in Poland
