The Park insists on flat ground in a suburb, between Via Appia, Via Alessandro Favia and Via Cappuccini, with the main entrance of Via Appia; The park covers about 55,000 square meters. It is owned by ASL BR / 1, which in June 2013 gave it a 30-year free loan to Brindisi Municipality. Protected by conditional regulatory restrictions as a commodity of historical importance for more than 50 years, for nonliving author and public entity ownership.
The garden has many architectural elements. Near the main entrance, there were two identical buildings of the Hospitality Institute that previously contained secretariats and offices, and are now used for storage. Behind the institute, there is a building (owned by the area) active until the 1990s as a vaccination center, currently in a state of decay and complete neglect, and an old boiler room, completely abandoned. Urban furniture This document includes a fountain in cast iron (work), bicycle racks, and a powered lighting system - just in the area in front of the school building - of solar cell panels. The seats are completely absent.
The fence that completely closes the garden consists of railings with a building base along Via Appia and a high wall along Via Cappuccini and Via Favia.
