when the Provincial Board of the Polish Association of Allotment Workers began accepting land from the Płock City Hall for the purposes of organizing the Workers' Allotment Garden. Quickly, a month later, reclamation of the whole area began. Originally, the division of land into plots covered the so-called Garden "Goździk No. 1", ie from ul. Dobrzyńska to the drainage ditch that still exists today. Mr. Edward Siekierka became the president of this garden. However, the area behind the ditch was not transferred until the end of 1983.
