The Lipie forest is one of the largest forest complexes in Tarnów,
its area is 21.81 ha. Uroczysko Lipie is located in the north-eastern part of Tarnów and has the shape of a rectangle stretched from west to east with approximate dimensions of 1000 by 200 m.
