Plane tree alley - a natural monument, a historic avenue of maple leaf trees, growing between Libana and Parkowa streets in the center of Legnica.
The avenue consists of eleven trees planted in the mid-nineteenth century, along with the plants created since 1844. They reach up to 30 m in height. Plant seedlings were brought from England. Irmina Woźniak noticed the value of trees in the fall of 1980 (she described them in 1981 in Sketches of Legnickie). Trees are a habitat for numerous birds, especially starlings [2]. The Legnica Planty formerly merged with the areas of the City Park
