"Ponikwa" nature reserve - a forest reserve located in the Legnica poviat, in the Kunice commune (Dolnośląskie voivodship) [1] [2] [3].
The reserve covers 8.32 ha of forest located on the edge of a larger forest complex that is a remnant of the former Legnicka Forest. The protected area occupies the slope of a small hill with numerous springs [3]. The forest creates two protected natural habitats here: Central European oak-hornbeam and ash-elm riparian forest. There is also currant alder in the reserve - a rare plant community
