The park is a three-peak hill:
Park Hill (formerly called the Gallows Hill - there were city gallows there, on which criminals were hung) 510 m a.s.l.
Schiller Hill (508 m a.s.l.), on which a tourist house was built in 1908, now known as Harcówka.
Goethe Hill (508 m a.s.l.).

There are 110 species of trees and shrubs in the park. It is a forest walking park, there are avenues and paths as well as tennis courts, pétanque field, table tennis tables, chessboards, fitness equipment, playground. As part of the park's revitalization in 2012–2013, a 1.5-kilometer nature trail was built, as well as educational stops, view and information points, and planted trees and decorative plants, lighting and monitoring.
