Relatively isolated from natural sources
Tăbăcariei Park covers an area of approx. 100 ha around Lake Tăbăcăriei in Constanța, being one of the most beautiful parks in Dobrogea and among the largest in the country.
Tăbăcăriei Lake is located to the north of Constanța municipality and forms a lacustrine complex, along with Lake Siutghiol. Tăbăcăriei Lake covers an area of about 99 ha.
Its banks are fully rectified and consolidated. The western bank rises to a height of 6-7 m, to the east and south the slopes are lower, from 2 to 4 m. In its northern part, the shore is very low (1-2 m).
