Lake Tăbăcărie in Constanța will be filled with restaurants, bars and cafes, as the new Zonal Urban Plan will allow the construction of pontoons with a public food function. They can be five meters high (ie about two floors).
The reason for the location of restaurants is incredible: for the area "to be in line with the specifics of the surrounding area", that is with the most controversial mall in Constanta, City Park, a mall built in the park on an illegally reclaimed land.
