'Hidden gem' Oude Westen neighborhood park, located between West-Kruiskade, Gouvernestraat and Westersingel, is a neighborhood park with urban allure.
The park was created in the time of urban renewal with a lot of commitment and patience from active residents. It was opened in 1987 and has a beautiful vegetable garden and 'zoo' at the back that are maintained and managed by the residents.
