In the western parts there are fine stocks of pyramidek, and in the east grows both silver maple and blood book. The large grassy area in the south is bordered by varied plantings with oak, green beech, birch and hawthorn in the browns. The stocks are today around 60 years old and give forest feeling with some dead wood on the ground to the delight of insect life, birds and fungi. Towards the school in the west, a hawthorn hedge grows and just north of the school is a sledge hill lined with avenue planting. There is varied vegetation around the playground, including lime, elderberry, maple and elm.
