A park complex with large old trees
Today, the park has a fairly cohesive tree layer of older trees, but in recent years the alms disease has eroded the stock. The library with its terrace forms the center of the park. The southern part of Helgonabacken has a distinct park character, while the northern part gives a more wild impression. On both sides of the library run two important pedestrian and bicycle lanes that radiate together in the southern part of the Valvet. To the east, parts of the former garden to BC. The bishop's house was incorporated into the park and here are several fine works of art placed next to the Sketches Museum.
