Serves as a green oasis in the city
Consists of a bowl-shaped grass area that is concentrated to the center of the park. Around the open grassy area are trees and shrubs that enclose the park in a lush greenery. Along the park north runs a stream bordered by perennial plantings. Gravel paths run along the perennial plantings and where the road crosses the creek there are bridges.
