There are about 200 tree species
An umbrella tree and a maple tree with deep-leaved leaves, which is the last known living specimen in Sweden, have been planted here.
The construction work of Valls Hage began in 1956. The purpose was to collect Swedish trees and shrubs for forest and botanical education, but also for the benefit of the public.
The park is open every day and has good parking facilities. There are also two barbecue places.
