But the beginning was the History of Sport Workshop (IHV) that started in 1983. The first ten years were a research and development environment linked to sports research at the Gerlef Sports College. Mathematical research has evolved into the Center for Sport, Health and Civil Society (CISC) in Gerlev, organized under the University of Southern Denmark, Department of Sport and Biomechanics. The Gerliff Play Park and the Gerliff Sports College have developed the Gerliff Play and Motion Center that organizes our projects nationwide.
