It is located on the site of the former local Währinger Cemetery
Today, the park is divided into two parts - the urban park and the walled burial grove. The park is characterized by terrain that rises to the south, architectural design elements and interesting ancient trees in the meadows. Schubertpark is mainly used by residents of the surrounding residential area. Ancient tombstones and a collection of Baroque crosses are found among the ancient trees of the Burial Garden.
