The park equipped with a pond
The Scottish memorial was unveiled in the park on November 28, 1994. This is a memorial to commemorate the 15th Scottish division, which liberated Best on October 24, 1944, at the expense of 120 fallen soldiers. The monument, made by Antoinette Briët, represents a Scottish window made of steel and natural stone. Three bronze statues, representing Scottish soldiers, jump through the window to bring freedom.
