Family-friendly monkey park
Our park is now open exclusively for research and science in winter. During the winter months, we hold lectures at the University of Vienna. We are the official branch of the University of Vienna and give students the opportunity to conduct non-invasive research in our field. We will be open for your visitors again starting April 1, 2020.
On a tour of the Monkey Kingdom you will learn everything you need to know about Japanese macaques and get to know animals in person. In an outer 4-hectare container, you are in the middle of about 166 macaques and you can observe animals like in the wild: how to raise their young, take care of fur care or even argue.
