When the park was established, a playground was created in the eastern part of the park with the help of sculptors and folk artists, which is still popular with children in the area, although the wooden toys originally planned here have since been replaced by other, more modern play equipment. Also in 1984 a monument was inaugurated in the park - the monument of sculptor József Somogyi and architect József Finta preserves the memory of the persecuted of fascism
