An ecological city garden in the city of Groningen
The garden is characterized by a remarkably varied plant growth with mainly native plants. There are also numerous animal species, including various species of butterflies.
The center of the garden is shaded, this is the old patio garden of the former housing agency that consists of a somewhat lower and fairly moist peat bog.
