A pleasant place to go
The park has been created to raise the geniality of the area and works with the local community to develop a pleasant place for informal recreation. Recent schemes include, local school children planting daffodil bulbs in the park to teach them about the environment. Schemes like this are an active way to show children how to care for their local community, whilst they can see their efforts bloom in Spring and know they contributed to helping make the park a pleasant place to go.
