Has five distinct garden areas
This garden, which features contemporary landscape architecture, has preserved the chimney of the old factory and some machinery that recalls the influence of Madeira's sugar industry.
In this garden we can identify five different zones: Jardim da Laurissilva, Jardim dos Socalcos, Jardim da Água, Jardim Tropical and Jardim do Amfiteatro.
Within the scope of the National Landscape Architecture Award, he was given an honorable mention, in the category of Outdoor Spaces for Public Use, designed by landscape architect Luís Paulo Ribeiro - TOPIARIS.
