A central scientific institution of the University of Hohenheim
The Hohenheim Gardens today comprise nearly 35 hectares of parking space. Large parts of the ensemble are used by the University of Hohenheim for research purposes. The most important parts are the Landesarboretum with the Exotic Garden as well as the Botanical Garden. The gardens are complemented by a vineyard and a sheep pasture, which further comprise 2.2 hectares.
